Hi, I'm Russ.
I founded Possibilities Travel because I love finding the best places to relax, explore and learn, and helping other people find theirs. I've traveled across North America for work and for fun, joined mission trips in Central America, and I'm in Florida or the Caribbean several times a year. I also run at least one destination marathon a year.
When I plan your trip, I lean on my travel partners and a professional network of fellow advisors to build an itinerary that fits you. And I stay in touch the whole way: planning, booking, getting ready to go, and after you're home.

Planning a trip yourself takes hours of research, and it's hard to know which reviews to trust. I've already done much of that homework, and I can tap a network of fellow advisors who know destinations firsthand.
Here's what you can count on:

Will it cost more to book with you?
Usually not. Most of my pay comes as commission from the resorts, cruise lines and tour companies, not from you. Friends and referrals get my planning for free.
Can you save me money?
Sometimes, and I'll always tell you straight. I can't beat every online price, but I have access to suppliers and perks you may not, I know the timing tricks, and I often find options you wouldn't have seen. It's always worth checking with me first.
What about flights?
Many clients book their own flights. If an air-and-hotel package would save you money, I'll show you, and you decide.
